Like the Tea Party hoopla, the broo ha ha over Obama’s speech was a protest against what exactly? Obama’s pep rally for students told them to stay in school? Like the Tea party’s were these protests apparently against non-existent issues?
BTW I know Obama smokes… anyone know an easy way to gain muscle without fat?

Many left looking like “stupid”
To let you know, I’m for Obama and thought it was silly how some people where acting over this speech.
I don’t have a problem with him telling kids they need to try to do good in school. One of the things he said is, you can’t drop out of school and expect to be handed a good job. A lot of the kids in the inner city schools don’t care about education. My wife is a teacher at an inner city elementary school. She said that even at an early age, a lot of the inner city kids are out of control. They don’t respect the teachers and don’t even try to learn. Teachers in these schools have a hard time because they aren’t allowed to discipline the kids at all other than sending them to the principles office. And a lot of the parents get mad at the teachers if they dare say anything bad about their kids. Hopefully since this speech was coming from a president who happens to be a minority, some of these kids will listen. I’m not really sure why so many people were upset about the speech. President Reagan and the 1st Bush both gave speeches to school children.
For some bizarre reason I wanted to cook after hearing the speech. Maybe some kind of subliminal suggestion? 
I just wanted to pull out my KitchenAid artisan 5 qt stand mixer and start cookin up a storm!

Unfortunately all of the money he is spending will lead to higher taxes and Inflation. We will be dealing with the consequences of his actions for a long time. But he will claim victory long before he acknowledges what long term problems that he has created. Made me wanna go out and buy a beer pong table so I could release some stress!
Shouldn’t Obama have planned his speech for a day that is significant for ALL Americans and not just blacks? Is Obama indicating he will be a President that favors blacks over everyone else?

Because they’re desperately trying to find something to hassle and hang him with. Republicans realize that they don’t stand a chance. It also shows how some people are so desperate to keep religion involved in politics even though there is supposedly the separation of church and state. Maybe it’s time to get strong and take a stand. Here’s a great vid on how to gain muscle fast.
Seems funny to me that liberals want no part of religion in any political discussion. Now they are using it to promote their failing agenda. Once again using anyone or anything to push their unwanted agenda.
I agree and also wondered about his use of the word “moral” when talking about a health care plan that funds abortions. Crazy stuff, makes me want to break out my beer pong tables and play beer pong.

Don’t all the world’s main religions advocate forgiveness? I don’t know or care what religion Obama practices – that’s his own private business.

It would be a huge advantage for Obama to be elected. I read an article in the Readers Digest that told of how people all over the world view him. In almost every case, he won the polls abroad. I care what the rest of the world thinks about us, as Bush has ruined our reputation in the world.
Isnt it ironic people were warned of Obama presidency being a rerun of Carters days of Malaise but I dont think anyone would have ever predicted Iran would take hostages like they did we must prey for the hiker hostages in Iran and hope god spares them because Obama isnt interested in the situation because he is afraid it will make him look bad and he doesnt realize his do nothing approach makes him look even worse.
Do you forget hostages under Bush/Cheney? Do you forget the charred bodies of Americans burned to a crisp and paraded around? Malaise comes from not having jobs because they have been shipped overseas. It will take time to reverse the trends set by the Bush/Cheney administration. What’s ironic is that you are unaware of the REAL DAMAGE done to this country by the inept Bush/Cheney administration. They are laughing all the way to the bank.
In the mean time, keep going to stores that don’t sell much of anything made in the United States of America. Complain and don’t write your Congressmen about issues that concern you.
